POLICIES

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that changes to your appointment are sometimes necessary. All appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment. If cancelled outside of that time frame, we do enforce our cancellation fee. 25% of the service will be charged to the card on file for late cancellations, and 50% of the service will be charged for no-shows. Clients will not be able to book with us if they have no-showed or canceled without a card on file without paying the previous late fee at the time of booking. 

Please understand that we have an ongoing waitlist. Not cancelling your appointment with enough notice doesn’t give the opportunity for us to fill that appointment time with another client. You will receive a text | E-mail confirming your appointment. If you need to cancel, please do so at that time. It is important to give us both a good E-mail and phone number so you do not miss appointment reminders. 

LASH APPOINTMENTS 

For all lash appointments we ask that you do not wear mascara the night before or the day of. Wearing mascara to your appointment will result in a cancellation. We will not be able to take you that day, and we reserve the right to charge 50% of the service price. 

30% of your lashes are required in order to be considered a fill. Please do not book a fill with less than 30% of your lashes or you will be charged the removal fee. If you have less than 30% of your lashes, please book a removal and a full set. We will not be filling anything under 30% no matter the amount of time since your last appointment.

RUNNING LATE

If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment we ask that you call us so that we can notify your technician. If you are 15+ minutes late we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. Please understand that our appointments are back to back, and it would be a disservice to the client after you to take time away from their appointment. We will try to accommodate you later in the day if we have the availability, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to take you the same day

SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS

If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can make any changes. This includes abnormal amounts of lash shedding. 

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds to any of our services or products. If you are unhappy with your service please see service adjustments. 

COMING FROM ANOTHER SALON?

We only fill some artist’s work that is up to the same standards as ours. A fill from another lash artist starts at $75+ depending on how many weeks it has been since your appointment. It is up to the discretion of our lash artists if they will fill them or not.

ETIQUETTE

We value our client’s experience, and have set guidelines for our store. 

CHILDREN

Any children 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult that can watch them for the entirety of your service. No children are allowed in the treatment rooms or near the lash area. If you do not have someone to watch them during your service, please arrange childcare during your appointment time. Please understand that this is due to liability reasons beyond our control. We also play modern hip hop and R&B and sometimes language can be explicit.

CLIENT ETIQUETTE

We strive to make all of our clients comfortable and their experience enjoyable. Please show the same level of respect to your technician that we extend to you. We do not tolerate rudeness, foul language, or insults in our salon. We also want all of our clients to feel comfortable and welcome. We do not tolerate xenophobia, homophobia, or racism. Any of the above will have you banned from booking with us, and you will be charged the full service price.
